D&A Motors Ltd provides engine repairs, rebuilds and reconditioning at 3 Wilton Street, Hull, HU8 7LG. These terms explain the information on our website and how to discuss an assessment, appointment or repair with the workshop.

Appointments and vehicle assessment

Contact the workshop with your registration, the symptoms you have noticed and any relevant service history or previous diagnosis. Appointment arrangements are agreed directly with D&A Motors. Same-day appointments depend on availability; the time needed to complete a repair depends on the work involved.

Repair scope and pricing

The appropriate repair depends on the vehicle and the cause of the fault. Engine symptoms alone do not establish which parts need attention. The scope of work, price and expected timescale need to be agreed with the workshop for your vehicle.

Service descriptions on this website explain the types of work we offer. They are not individual quotations or a fixed list of parts included in every repair. Any specific quotation or repair agreement should be read alongside these website terms.

Vehicle information

Registration lookup helps identify your vehicle using available vehicle records. Please check the details and let us know about any changes or inaccuracies. The condition of the engine and any fault still require a separate assessment.

Vehicle recovery

Recovery service is available by arrangement. Contact the workshop to discuss the vehicle’s location, access requirements, availability and any applicable charge before arranging transport.

12-month / 12,000-mile repair guarantee

D&A Motors offers a repair guarantee for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. The work covered and the applicable conditions should be confirmed with the workshop for your repair. Keep your repair documentation and contact us if you experience a problem with the work carried out.

Your consumer rights

Where you are acting as a consumer, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. These terms and the repair guarantee do not limit your statutory rights.
